Product Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it postage prepaid (minus shipping and handling). Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt for prompt credit. We require that materials be returned in new, saleable condition, properly packaged, free from damage, and accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip or invoice. All returns must also include a completed Return Authorization Form available from Customer Service at 888-915-3276, via email at SchoolCustomerService@cengage.com.We recommend you ship your return using a traceable method (i.e. UPS, FedEx).

Counterfeit product is ineligible for return credit. Product returned to Cengage and found to be counterfeit will be destroyed.

IMPORTANT: So that we may accurately credit your account, please enclose one of the following with your return:

  • A copy of your original packing slip.
  • A copy of your original purchase order.
  • Documentation of your purchase order number or order number.
